1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
The GPS installation service was not delivered as agreed.
The GPS tracking service is not functioning as promised due to issues within our control.
A cancellation request is made within the allowable timeframe specified in this policy.
Refunds will not be granted for:
Change of mind after the service has been delivered.
Issues caused by the customer’s equipment or improper use of the service.
Situations where the customer fails to comply with our terms of service.
2. Timeframe for Refund Requests
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the installation or activation of the service. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

5. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:
Subscription fees for ongoing GPS tracking services after the initial trial period (if applicable).
Installation fees once the service has been completed.
Custom configurations or specialized services requested by the customer.
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1 Service Appointments
Appointments for GPS installation can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee.
6.2 Ongoing Services
Ongoing GPS tracking subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but refunds will only be issued for unused portions of prepaid services, subject to review.

If you encounter any issues with the GPS tracking service, please notify us immediately:
